The suspect, 23-year-old Marcus Rojas, was later arrested after his vehicle crashed into a highway barrier on I-190. Rojas faces multiple charges, including vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, and reckless endangerment. He has a prior DUI conviction, and authorities suspect alcohol or drugs may have been involved .
